Frank enjoys combining creativity with state-of-the-art technology by building strong relationships with other industry experts.
After receiving a degree in Imaging and Photographic Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Frank began working as an assistant producer for Coombs Marketing where he developed video production, corporate teleconferencing and live broadcasting skills. Since then, Frank has provided digital communication solutions to a wide variety of clients—from grassroots non-profits such as Girls Scouts of the USA, Sound Experience, Northwest School of Wooden Boatbuilding to multi-national corporations such as Xerox, Kodak and Maxon Precision Motors.
In 1998, Frank started PALMATEC Solutions, a Port Townsend web consulting business. Currently he is president of Totera Web Systems and co-owner of The CoLab. In addition to business consulting, Frank's community volunteer efforts include serving as board member for the Jefferson County Economic Development Council, founding board member of Quimper Mercantile Company, volunteer mentor with the Chamber Young Professional's Network, and chair of the Port Townsend School District Technology Committee. Frank also spends his time playing music, exploring the adventures of fatherhood, and sailing with his family.
